Repair & Service
Pumping Equipment
Being a totally independent service provider we
are able to give totally unbiased
recommendations as to the type of mechanical
seal and bearing arrangements used for each
specific pump repair.
We are able to carry out reverse engineering,
not only of obsolete pump components , but also
components from the original pump
manufacturer. This can often dramatically reduce
the cost and lead time to obtain these
components.
We are able to analyse pump failure modes and
make recommendations to avoid them in the
future, therefore reducing running costs and
improving pump reliability.
- Conversions to mechanical seal
- Special coatings
- Shotblasting
- Component manufacture - "Reverse Engineering"
- In-house test facility
Electric Motors
We offer electrical rewinding of all
types of A.C. motors up to 200kW.
To prevent future failure, diagnostic
checks are carried out on failed
motors to ascertain the failure
mode.
All winding work is carried out to
Class H standards to increase unit
life and reduce overload failures.
We can also test suspect units for
motor or supply faults on site, prior
to removal, to reduce downtime.
- Class H insulation
- Breakdown service - 24 hour
- AC + DC motor rewinds
